We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Consultant/Lead Developer for a pivotal role in a dynamic development team in the Eindhoven area. This position requires a seasoned professional to temporarily step into the Lead Developer role, focusing on both hands-on development and the enhancement of DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will lead the team in optimizing deployment processes, improve lifecycle management, and ensure the reliability of a critical MES platform. You will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, tackling complex development challenges, and implementing CI/CD methodologies to streamline operations. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in .NET/C# development and have a proven track record in leadership roles within development teams. A strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices is essential, along with the ability to manage both strategic initiatives and day-to-day development tasks.
