These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you access or use the New Match website, applications, and related services (together, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, posting a role, applying to a role, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

The Platform is intended for professionals seeking project-based or permanent work and for clients seeking talent. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding agreements.

You may not use the Platform on behalf of a third party unless you are authorized to do so. Automated scraping, bulk harvesting of data, or use that overloads our systems is not permitted.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Information you provide at registration and in your profile must be accurate and kept up to date. We may suspend or remove accounts that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.

New Match provides a digital environment to discover roles, publish vacancies, match on skills, exchange messages, and manage applications. We are not a party to contracts between clients and professionals unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

We do not employ professionals listed on the Platform, do not guarantee hiring outcomes, and do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content. Matching scores and alerts are indicative tools only.

Clients are responsible for the content of vacancies, including scope, budget, location, contract type, and compliance with applicable employment and procurement laws.

Professionals are responsible for the content of applications, proposals, CVs, and attachments they submit. You must only apply where you have a genuine interest and lawful right to work.

We may review, moderate, hide, or remove postings or applications that violate these Terms, appear fraudulent, or harm other users or the Platform.

Profile data, skills, rates, and preferences are used to present opportunities and compute match indicators. You control much of this data via your dashboard and alert settings.

Job alerts and notifications (including email and browser push, where enabled) are provided on a best-effort basis. You can adjust or disable channels in your account settings.

Messaging and related features must be used professionally and lawfully. Harassment, discrimination, spam, malware, or solicitation unrelated to legitimate hiring purposes is prohibited.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display communications as needed to operate the Platform, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.

Access to core Platform features may be free unless we communicate otherwise. Any future paid features, subscriptions, or commissions will be described before you are charged.

Payments between clients and professionals for work performed are arranged directly between those parties unless a separate written agreement with New Match applies.

You must not misuse the Platform, including by impersonating others, posting unlawful content, circumventing security, reverse engineering our software, or using the service for illegal purposes.

You must respect intellectual property, privacy, and confidentiality obligations owed to third parties when using information obtained through the Platform.

The Platform, its design, software, branding, and documentation are owned by New Match or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant New Match a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and promote the Platform.

Our processing of personal data — including account details, profile information, applications, messages, and notification preferences — is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform you acknowledge that we will process personal data for authentication, matching, communications, security, and service improvement as set out in that policy.

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or force majeure may affect access.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We are not liable for changes that reasonably improve security, compliance, or user experience.

You may close your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, pose a risk to others, or where required by law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, intellectual property, and governing law) will continue to apply.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.

To the extent permitted by law, New Match is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from Platform use.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Platform is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to New Match in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) EUR 100, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.

You agree to indemnify and hold New Match harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
